SlowMotion on Oriental Rug

I'm at wits end ! try slowmo on an oriental rug with allot of detail !
Using AE7.0, Twixter 4.5 , feilds kit 1.5. What happened to the old days
of BetaSP decks with dynamic tracking ? it was soo easy then. Now all I get
is jerky jerky jerky rug. I've tried every combination of fielding as the
tutorials say except drawing a whole lot of masks around every line of art on the rug.
Which I'm not going to do !! Any help out there ?
