Re: Unable to create reference image from current clip

Thanks Bob for the prompt reply. Yes I am running windows 7.

I upgraded to 3.07 as you specified, (confirmed by checking the about box, only a minor hassle about After effects seeing 2 copies of Finesse plugin, fixed that with the advice on your website (removed the older install) and I even upgraded After effects to 11.0.1.12, rebooting all the way. Created a new test project and re-imported footage from scratch BUT still can't create a reference image from the current clip.

I do notice that the still I imported into the gallery from the older version remains in the gallery, so that obviously hasn't been 'updated' or refreshed/purged.

Any suggestions?
