Showing as Trial Mode

Showing as Trial Mode

I'm working in CS5.5 Premiere. I have everything installed properly and all serial numbers entered as specified, yet I can't get the purple bars removed. The plug-in says its a trial but the about screen shows that everything is right. I've tried the KB referring to removal of the registry entry but that hasn't solved anything.

Help please
