ColourFinesse waveform monitor appearance

Why do the waveform monitors in Colour Finesse 2.1. in Windows Ae/PPro CS3 cut off at 80% IRE? I've set CF up for PAL and am editing non-interlaced DV images.
Also, any chance of including a zoom function for the WF and VS monitor views to give better control over pedestal/gain evaluation & adjustements etc (ie like Apple Colour)?
