Sure, this is really not a problem at all. I am assuming you know how to use soundkeys and set up the outputs. All you then need to do is set an expression to adjust the position of the axis you want. This is for a y axis setup
1 Create an adjustment layer, apply sound keys, set up the range and output it to the layer.
2 alt click the stopwatch of the position of the layer and type this in:
w = "pickwip to the output of the adjustment layer";
[[value[0], (value[1]+w), value[2]]
This will take the initial value of your y position and add to it the output from the soundkeys effect while leaving the x and z values the same. if you want to apply to x or z, just adjust accordingly.
