Trapcode Form flow around shape

Hi there,
I'm currently feeling out Trapcode Form as I've not yet had a reason to use it and been too busy to put any time into it and I've frustrated myself already! I've been searching for the answer to this, but not yet found one. Basically, I'm interested in creating a flow that originates from a shape or some text in the same way as the Leviathan example on Trapcode's Form web page. I'm guessing I'm missing something simple here, but no matter how I set up the layer maps I can't seem to find a solution to this.
If anyone can help me at all with this I'd greatly appreciate it!
Thanks in advance
Alex
