Fireworks to explode to form Text ==How that FX ?

hi all,
I found difficulties makinig fireworks from Delerium Digieffects to emit their sparkles and make writing , i mean i want this effect to to take the shape of the letters once they explode.
it was very easy to do that in past years using 3d sudio3 in dos enviroment by configuring IPAS effects .
i wounder if can see this effect acieved in AE.

is there any way to do it in illusion or Trapcode Particulrs.
