Mostafa TalebiSourcing Problem

I have written a script, with UI. Then I have added a menu right up there in Maya’s main Menu set. In userSetup I also have sourced the script. When I run the script via Menu in Maya, it pops up, but It errors “the procedure was not found”. It seems that the source module does not work properly(because when I execute it in maya, the script just works greatly, when sourced outside by maya itself, it doesn't)...What should I do?
