CreativeGuyDisappeared items in the shelf

Hi,
my Nurbs and Polygons have disappeared from the shelf tab.
Another problem is that i tried to create a nurbs cylinder from the create menupoint but nothing did happen excepte for an error message: Error: makeNurbCylinder2 (Make Nurb Cylinder Node): failed to compute the result.
Why are these things happenning? please help me.
