Peter Rodriguezcanon XH HA1

I love the camera but for one area. One color it cant handle is a dark shade of purple it looks blue. Can anyone give me an idea on how to correct this. I have tried white balancing it so many different ways. i have three other friends with the same camera and the same problem. i even tried manually dialing it in.
