Canon camcorder "video capture device" not recognized
by

Canon HF200 flash camcorder hooked up via USB to Vista 64 computer, which recognizes the camera and will download still photos okay.
However, from inside NERO 9 (which is compatible with Vista 64 and which recognizes HD video), it says "no capture device" present or something like that.
Canon provides free Pixela software but that is only for 32 bit vista.
What could be the problem here? Does anyone have a set up with a HD flash camcorder and Vista 64 for capturing video?
