HG20: Progressive Segmented Frames?

Hi,
Does anyone know for sure if the HG20 records progressive segmented frames or equivalent when set to PF24 or PF30? In other words, even if these are recorded into a 60i stream, after removing pulldown will you get true progressive frames, composed from fields that were from the same instant in time (aside from the rolling shutter issue)?
Thanks!
