Cross-processing plugin

I've seen images with these really neat colours in their photographs, and was wondering, is there any special plugins for photoshop that you can get to give you an automatic cross-processed look or even a pastel look? Other than meticulous tweaking with Photoshop, is there any faster way to accomplish this? Any cool plugins you would recommend?
