2 things I would change are the 2 things you think may need changing. I'd go with a Corsair or Antec PSU (or something similar), I'm not a Kingwin fan. And perhaps an ASUS, Intel, or even EVGA mobo, once again, not a fan of Gyabite. But you should have no problem finding those. Most of your hardware is pretty decent. Good chance you may need to upgrade your RAM - you don't state what it is.

You could probably find one cheaper, but it will work well!
