Well I ran CC Cleaner and definitely made sure the previous version was uninstalled. When I try to install any version now, 7, 8, or 9 I get "Setup could not be completed because an error occurred." or it just fails to launch the installer. In fact it only starts up installation if I directly click on the .msi file.
