Actually yeah, I was surprised too. I honestly do not have that many programs installed. There are no games. I have Camstasia installed as well, but not much more than that. It is mostly a lot of Adobe programs. I still have quite a bit of space, but I don't like to see my drives get over half full. I know I am OCD about it lol

I work in HD and SD, so it depends. My computer doesn't seem to have a problem with most HD files as of yet.

I have heard different things about using a RAID 0. I have considered it, I am just not that familiar.

Thanks, I will look for another drive if I can. I was just wondering if the 5400 would work or if it would totally slow me up. i.e. if I kept the source files I was working on on the hd and used slower one for audio or cache maybe.
