Will This Hardware be adequate for video editing?

Hi Folks -

How do you think this hardware would fare running Sony Vegas 9 and an audio editing program?

I don't have much money to spend on a PC so I want to make sure I get something good and pretty fast.

I would definitely put Windows 7 on here and save up for a video card.

If you had about $500 to spend would you buy this?
