Default font type, Vista Home Premium SP1, USA English

Vista Home Premium SP1, USA English.. In Windows Mail and Note Pad. What are you seeing for your Default font type and size. Also the default encoding. I would like to reset mine to the defaults. Thanks for any help on this..
