How can I add new sata port for bluray burner?

I have an IDE DVD drive on my HP XW8200 and am using the two sata ports for my system drive C as well as a storage drive G. Now I have a Bluray drive that is sata only (no options) so I temporarily use the G sata lead to run the Bluray and it works fine, but I'd like to have my G storage drive back again. I have an external sata raid but it has it's own card and the extra slots don't fit the normal sata cable end. Should I look for a sata card with an internal connector or is there some easier way to get another sata connection?
