The right notebook computer for after effects

I am getting ready to purchase a new laptop and wanted to get the right opinion on brand (some say go Dell, some say go Dell) I just want to make sure I have enough power to work on the go without too far passed the $2000 range. What is the best moderate level needed to make the most of the performance and price in getting one to run After Effects.
