My motherboard has a bottle neck

Hi Mike,
There actually is a virus checker engaged but does not affect the speed of the motherboard. In the other computers here, the virus checker also has no effect in the speed of execution of the Network Neighborhood icon. There are no spyware apps running on these computers.
