Is it worth the $ for 10K SATA HD?

Looking for thoughts on setting up a new Dell Precision 390. (Core 2 Duo / 2.4ghz / QuadroFx 3450 )

I got it with one 10K 80GB HD for the boot/os HD but my question is this: What is the best Secondary/MEDIA DRIVE configuration for somebody doing a fair amount of Avid Xpress work, but also will be using CS3?

Put a couple of SATA 7200 HD's in a Raid 0 ?

Or just go with a fairly large 7200 SATA HD because the difference in performance is not that big?

Or buy the 10K HD's because they are that much faster?
