For submitting DVDs to festivals is it OK to use "one step from movie" on iDVD set to professional quality?

I'm submitting a short film to a bunch of festivals. I want to burn stuff off my computer and I typically use iDVD, one step from movie, with iDVD set to professional quality for burning. I also have no menus so it plays from insertion.
Are both of those good ideas, using iDVD and having it play from insertion rather than add a menu?
Thanks in advance!
