There are only 3 tools which author 3D titles: Blu Print, Scenarist and Do Studio and they are all Windows and none are prioritory. Encore is a joke really so i dont bother mentioning it here.
3D titles are only done by the studios at this point. It requires special authoring, encoding, players, HDTVs and glasses. You can encode a passive 3D image and put that on disc but this isnt that same as 3D BD. Basically, there is no cheap, easy to use option for BD.
Futhermore, Episode does not output a compliant stream for both their VC-1 and AVC settings last i heard so when i say do the homework, it really might help you :)
