Mixing HDV & H.264 to Export for BluRay
by Rich Camp on Nov 1, 2009 at 3:08:53 am

I have a project that has mostly H.264 720 30p footage from a Canon T1i and some footage from a Sony HDV 1080 60i footage. The footage is separated by sequences in FC but I need to mix the sequences to burn to bluray for the final presentation. I have been rendering the footage as ProRes with the same settings as the original but was wondering what I should do in order to prepare this footage for bluray. Should I make the 1080 60i match the 720 30p? What is the best way. Thanks!
