DVD Data Rate freeware FOUND

I just tried to delete this post -- I was trying to remember the name of a program I used to use to check the data rate of burned DVDs. I found the software. It's BitRate Viewer.

So.. take this as a gratuitous recommendation for BitRate Viewer!
