Make sure that you have it ready so all they have to do is plug in the USB cable and go. My suggestion also, as a back up, is if your project does not have CSS just burn it to a DVD-R from DVD Studio Pro labeled as back up in case they have an issue with the Hard Drive.
You may want to contact the replicator and see if they have a preference as well.
