proffessional dvd authoring and duplication

HiIm hopping you can help me with a querry.

Im about to start on a corporate DVD which will get duped into about 3000 copies for various clients.
It needs to be very high end, and to date through experimenting with compressor and dvdsp im not satisfied that the quality can be good enough to be used in the corporate market for advertising purposes.

It seems to me that the best method (seen as I have to outsource for duplication anyway) is to cut all the material, titles, and create the menus etc and then deliver these files(uncompressed) to a duplication/authoring company to assemble it/compress/burn and duplicate.... would you agree??

If this is the case, in what format should i deliver it and how would i go about delivering a dvdsp file..ie, would the reciever be able to take my dvdsp file and work with it.
Presumably I would have to find a DVD house that uses FCP.

I'D REALLY APPRECIATE HELP ON THIS ONE
