I found a way that works for me but takes a lot of transcoding time. The HDV captured material in an HDV project can be transcoded to DNxHD MXF material, transcoding in Avid goed quite fast and now it is ready to be exported as a QT reference into Encore, use a good transcode setting and you're ready to go/wait, cause Encore takes a lot of time transcoding this material.
