Publishing DVDs

I'm looking for a good self publishing website for my dvds. I tried Lulu and I really liked it, but they don't have custom spines for the Dvd cases. You can upload a picture for the front and back but the spine you can only type some text and choose the background/text color. And that really irritates me.

So I'm wondering if there are any other good site kinda like Lulu for publishing dvds
