DVD Playback issues

I recently completed a project in Vegas Movie Studio and used DVD Architect Studio 4.5 to build the menu and burn 30+ DVD's. When I sent them to my client they said that some of the DVD's are skipping and the music doesn't match up to the video. I checked every DVD on my personal DVD player before sending them out and even some on my son's PS3 and none had a problem. I did not watch the entire DVD becuase it is over an hour but everyone I checked worked like a charm. Because this was my first project I used my Dell computer's DVD burner. The only problem I have ever had is with my Sony all-in-one home theater system sometimes not reconginzing the DVD but have never had a problem with a straight DVD player. Anyone have any thoughts?
