Sean,

Small world. I work for Cinram, but in the Blu-ray department. To answer your question from the last post, the encoder will pick up on the cadence as long as it doesn't break. Make sure that all the post work is done at 23.976 and the only time it goes to 29.97 is when it is being put to tape.
