DVD Disk Verification Issue

DVD Disk Verification Issue

We use an outside supplier to duplicate DVDs. We author using Sonic DVDit Pro and have a Pioneer 110D DVD Drive/Burner with up-to-date drivers & firmware. We use Pro-Disk DVD-R 4.7 GB 8x disks that we purchase from the duplicator (same as he uses). Suddenly, a DVD-R disk we burned here and sent to him to use as a Master for duplication is not checking out upon verification by his Plaxtor 800A DVD drives. It plays fine both here and there and appears to have no apparent problems, but does not pass verification. We burned 3 new disks for him to potentially use as Masters and only 1 of the 3 was verified by the Plaxtor 800A drives. Any ideas on troubleshooting this issue? We have been working with the duplicator for years with no such issue. Is there verification software anyone is using to verify Master Disks before sending to duplicator ro replicator?
