Incompatible Format

I need to author a DVD for a short (4 min) project that I put together. I exported the timeline to compressor and compressed it using the HD DVD: H.264 90 minutes setting at 10.3Mbps.
When I try to import it as an asset into DVD Studio Pro it tells me that it's an incompatible format. I know DVD Studio Pro accepts H.264...so what's the problem? I'm supposed to deliver this DVD this afternoon, so any help would be appreciated.
