Adding data folders to a DVD authored for video playback

I usually use DVD Studio Pro, and I don't think it has the ability to do this, but i'm trying to author a DVD to play video when you insert into a DVD player, but when you insert it into a computer you can open up the disc to view data folders. Is there a program out there that can do this and if so how?
