I ended up buying eDVD for my project. Successfully authored a DVD-9 with 3,5 hours of video and 1,6 GB of documents in various formats and have distributed about 1.000 copies without a single complaint from the client. Gave up the Intellidisc after discovering it doesn't support files bigger than about 75 MB....
