Is this possible?

I am creating a DVD for a TV host/musician that would like to have their music available as part of their DVD. What I am attempting to do is create a menu that has the Album art and song list. 13 songs, thirteen buttons. I am currently using a track with markers. What I am hopping for is a more elegant solution, preferable the following:

Is it possible to have a menu with buttons that don't take you off of the menu, put instead just trigger a different piece of background audio?
