Lighting suggestions

Greetings,
I am video taping a 30 minute seminar in a 1000' sq foot octagon hogan with a 20' ceiling in New Mexico. It is a tribal piece. I will be shooting two people in front of a lit fireplace with one camera (DVX-100). Anyone have any suggestions on lighting? I will have a four piece lighting kit with a chimera.
