Field Monitor Recommendations

Hello Everyone,
I'm about to invest in an HD field monitor and thought I'd check the experts here who, hopefully, have some real world experience with these models. I'm looking to spend $2 - $3K. I thought about getting a 17" with a portabrace case, but I've decided to stick with the 7 - 9" units. I'd like HD SDI in and would prefer one with the waveform monitor option. The models I'm looking at are:
Panasonic BT-LH80W
JVC DT-V9L1DU (no waveform or vectorscope)
TV Logic LVM-071
I was staying away from the Sony's, after being horrified by the quality of some of their recent LCD so-called "professional" monitors. Reviews of these units are hard to come by, so any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Bob
