Nope, I can't point to any specific one. I don't look at them often enough to do so.
Since you mentioned "desert scene", I'm more interested in how green-screen actors will interact realistically with non-existent sand. On a dune, it's easy to step into that stuff up to your shoe tops, and even slide backward a little bit.
