Tutorials on broadcast design station ident?

Hi,
I am looking for some good tutorials on how to make a station ident/ programme intro, broadcast design style.
(Something like the start of a US news programme, or US sports programme, where the logo of the programme flies out all glossy and shiny!
Either in After Effects / Cinema 4D / 3DS Max / Proanimator.
I've looked at some tutorials on the web, but they are usually graphically poor and not impressive at all.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
