Flolights have a good reputation. I don't own these lights because I'm looking for more control. I have seen them in person though. I don't think they'd need the minus green that you might need when using LED lights. Their LED series do offer minus green filters.

This does give you an idea about how to use so you can see they're quite serviceable and within your budget.
