How to acheive this look?

I want to create a video that will look similar to:

I am guessing she is shot against a green screen.

1.) I have read that wearing black against a green screen is not a good idea. What issues do you need to be aware of when doing this?

2.) How is she able to hold the ipod without it reflecting green
