Autosync

I noticed that clips that were auto synced turns a bit darker than the original source.
When I make a sub clip its seems fine, but as soon as I hit auto sync it becomes darker. So, it makes the low light, dark scenes even darker.

Anyone had this issue and know how to fix it?
