Relinking audio clips after autosync

Hello everybody,
I wish you could help me with this problem. I'm on an AMA project with 5D clips that were autosynced with externally recorded sound. As you know when MC (5.5.3) does this, it changes the names to the audio clips to match the one of the video files.
Now my problem is that after a hard drive failure I have lost some of the mxf that belonged to the project. I relinked the video onlining to the AMA clips, but I can't cope with the audio. In the timeline if I show clips names I can't see the original. I don't really feel like reconnecting them one by one by looking at the timecode.. does anyone have a nice trick?
thanks so much in advance
Mike
