Exception: MVL_INSUFFICIENT_SPACE when exporting AAF or OMF

Hello
I tried posting this on Avid forums but still have no answer. Any help?

Working currently on a MAC 10.6.8 with Terrablock storage by Facilis. 12GB ram 1 TB HD over 500 GB available on HD with several more on the terrablock.



I can not get around this error. I did not see this error discussed for exporting. Any help. I tried creating a new project, new bin and sequnce, restarting the computer and the Avid. It is a 5 minute sequence with 5 tracks of audio. This shouldn't be an issue. I just want an omf.
