Modifying Sources...Screw up Groups?
by

I have a question. A show I work for has digitized all their footage, then grouped said footage. Now, they want to modify the sources on all grouped footage.
Since modifying the source nulls all AUX TC, a vital component to the grouping, they are concerned that modifying the source will wreck their groups. I think since the footage has already been grouped and a separate group clip now exists, the group should be fine. Any help or ideas on this?
Thanks.
