Go to the fast menu in your timeline - it's in the bottom left hand corner. In that menu you'll find an option to show your tracks - turn on the ones that are currently hidden.

Hiding tracks is nice if you have a ton of them and some of them won't need changes. You can hide them to make it easier to work.
