problems importing a QT from FCP to Avid MC 3.0.5 soft

Have a few QT movies created in FCP. Need to bring them into avid. They are 1920x1080i. 16bit co-deck is Integer (Little Endian) I know the co-deck is wrong for Avid.
We can go back to the source in FCP and just export again but with what co-deck?
Is there an easy way to take the ones we have on our drives with the wrong co-deck and convert them? have tried downloading the different apple co-decks with no luck. (do not want to load them into after effects - no thanks)
appreciate the help
phil
