Mojo DX problem
by Jesenko Fazlagic on Sep 3, 2009 at 6:30:56 pm

Hey all,

I am trying to install a new Avid MC3.5 and Mojo DX on a Quad 2.66GHz Mac Pro.

Software launches fine, but when I connect Mojo DX it gives me an error saying:
"Problem connecting to hardware. There was a failure reading the hardware's Vital Product Data."

Can't gets past this, the only option is a "Quit" button.
I installed the Avid PCIe board in slot 4, and chose a 4,4,8,8x config in the Slot Expansion Utility. Avid's docs specify choosing a 4,4,1,16 config but I'm affraid that 1x is not going to cut it for my RAID card.

Any clues, advice?

Thanks much.

//Jesenko
